Lewis & Clark Bank PresentsFORECASTING FOR BUSINESS: Finding Opportunities in Today's Economic Environment
Every business owner has to make tough decisions, but armed with knowledge about economic trends that affect our local economy, those decisions can be made with more confidence.
With the market and the economy changing, it is good to stay informed about what is happening and how that may affect your options down the road. Join Lewis & Clark Bank for the fourth installment in our Strategic Business Series, focused on how and where business owners can capitalize on the 2013 local economic forecast.
This event will feature the return to our Strategic Business Series, Thomas Potiowsky, the chair of the Economics Department at PSU and Director of the Northwest Economic Research Center, and was the Co-Director of the Applied Economics Research Group. He was appointed as State Economist in 1999 through 2006 and again in 2008 through 2011. He brings years of experience taking complicated economic analysis and results, and turning it into a meaningful, understandable presentation for policymakers and stakeholders. He has also published many articles for trade magazines, articles for edited books, conference proceedings, and selections of conference paper presentations.
Check-in begins at 4:30pm at The Providence Willamette Falls Community Center in Oregon City. The presentation will begin at 5:00pm in the auditorium on the 2nd floor, followed by drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
This is a complimentary event, however, space is limited. Please RSVP to Pam Bisbing at 503.212.3104 or email pbisbing@lewisandclarkbank.com to reserve your seat.
