After starting work as a teller, she progressed to loan servicing, residential lending, loan servicing supervisor, loan assistant, and credit analyst positions. In her current position, she is responsible for all operational aspects of the lending function, including client service.

She started her banking career in bankcard customer service, went on to work as a personal banker in a branch, and then made the transition to commercial loan servicing. She has worked for super-regional banks as a loan assistant, credit analyst, customer service operations manager, and business banking representative.
