Mike has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in commercial lending at Lewis & Clark Bank and currently manages the bank's West Portland Area market. Mike has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is a 2008 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is currently a Board Member at the Portland-Metro Risk Management Association Chapter and is a member of the Oregon Bankers Association Lending Committee. |

Larry has over 30 years of experience in banking. From being a branch manager to leading and founding a community bank as a CEO, Larry has strengths in all aspects of commercial lending. He currently serves on the loan committee of the Oregon Business Development Corporation, as committee co-chair of the Rotary Club of Greater Bend, the committee chair of the United Way, a higher education committee member of Economic Development for Central Oregon, and on the advisory board of the Boys & Girls Club. |

Mr. Ellingson has 27 years of banking experience; more than 25 of those years were spent at a super-regional bank. Most of Mark's career has been in retail branch management. He has served in a variety of District Management positions including commercial lending, branch management and operations. His most recent position was in small business lending. Mark has served on a variety of different non-profit boards over the years and is currently serving on the Board of Northwest Family Services, the Board of the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce and the Oregon City Rotary Board.
