She has extensive experience in operations, having served as both Operations Officer of a branch and Senior Operations over a community branch system as well as Human Resources Officer in her last position. Ms. Erickson oversees Operations, Client Service, and Human Resources at Lewis & Clark Bank.

She has had hands-on experience in various areas such as, Operations, Investments, International Trade and Trust, and relies on that base to provide straight-forward and well-rounded guidance. Ms. Bisbing focuses on assisting our deposit customers in all aspects of their banking needs.

The last six years were spent at a local community bank as Branch Operations Officer where her duties included customer service and training new employees and officers. Her previous experience at a large commercial bank included over 17 years in Retail Banking and three years in the Private Banking Department. She works directly with Lewis & Clark Bank's clients to set up their accounts and assist them in their choices of deposit relationships.
